Darwin Fish Market.
We are a local seafood business built around good seafood, good relationships and knowing where our product comes from.
We work with local fishers, remote community fishing operations, farmers and Australian seafood producers to bring fresh fish, mud crab, prawns, oysters and more to our customers.
A lot of the people who supply us are people we know and work with regularly. We see the effort that goes into every catch, every harvest and every delivery and we are proud to be part of getting that seafood from the water to our counter.
We care about quality, freshness and treating seafood properly from the moment it arrives. Just as importantly, we want Darwin Fish Market to feel like a place people are comfortable walking into, asking questions and having a chat.
Overseas holidays are great. But when it comes to seafood, we think Australian is the only choice.
Good seafood doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs to be fresh, well handled and come from people who care about what they do.
